We dined in and did a take out. The pizza's were just how we ordered. (Maybe a tad too many green peppers.) They were very good. We're from out of state but would definitely go there for pizza's again. I had the chicken Alfredo. There was plenty of sauce to last the whole meal. (Thank you! ) there was enough chicken and the flavor was great!
Absolutely love the steak hoagie. I paid my mechanic with the Richards every chance I get. The whole bread with cheese is another favorite of mine. The pizza is good also but the steak hoagie is the best. The fudge is worth mentioning, it's always good.
Steak sandwich wasn't as good as I remembered. Still decent, but not great. Friendly staff and clean facility.
Richard's is the best pizza anywhere! It's my hometown pizza place. I've never had another pizza or steak sandwich that measures up! Highly recommend anything on the menu.
Pizza and steak sandwiches were excellent. Service was great. Enjoyed our time there with our daughter and grand daughters.
I had a Richard's special, wife had a pepperoni and sausage, daughter had just pepperoni, and cousin had a hogey.
The hogey looked good and cousin loved it. Unfortunately, he was the only one. The food was hot, and so were the sodas.
The pizza is mediocre at best. Deigorno's is as good, maybe even better. Give me Pappa John's or Domino's over this. Cassono's and Marion's are much better.
The sauce is watered down tomatoes paste, virtually no flavor. The pepperoni was not of high quality as it was paper thin and dry. The vegetables were good, but chunky. So, if you got a mushroom, that was all you tasted. The crust was the highlight, soft with a slight crunch, well cooked, not doeey, and pleasant golden brown. But, no garlic butter to further enjoy such a good thing.
The price wasn't awful at $41 OTD, but there are better choices at that price point out there.
My family had a great time and ate to our hearts content.
I ordered 2 hot deli sandwich no pickle baked dark with steak sauce and cheese for me and a girl at work. I didn't know she had ordered pizza. So I called back and canceled her sandwich. Someone their canceled the entire order. I was given a call back and didn't know because I was at work and couldn't answer my phone. So I showed up to pick up my lunch and nothing was fixed. So the girls explained to me what was going on. So I gave them my order again. My food was not baked dark. Had pickles on it. Had Marinara on it and was cold in the middle. I was very dissatisfied.
We stopped in around 5pm on a Friday. Staff was working on big orders ahead of us but apologetic for the wait and friendly. We ordered pizza and steak sanwiches all was delicious. Staff stopped by to see how the meal was going and even provided us with a free pizza to take home. Highly recommend! Staff deserve some praise for great customer service.
