So I wanna give my server Arnissia FIVE STARS all the way across the board, however the nasty lady Beactriz Colon needs to be fired. She's not friendly at all and her customer service skills are in the trash. She'd do better working at a truck company!!!! She gave myself my husband and mother-in-law the wrong menu and when asked for the right one she gave us an attitude like we just killed her family or something. Some people don't need to work in certain areas!!!

I was there early Sunday morning with my neice who was participating in the special Olympics at new jersey state college. The waitress there was great. She made my neice feel very comfortable. This made the rest of her day go well. Thanks

BEST SERVICE EVAH!
IHOP was our plan B and thank gawd they were!! I know IHOP is a chain, but sometimes the people that provide the service elevate it to the same level as the ritzy places. Today we were super strapped for time, and just when I thought we had to leave the best waitress I've ever had the pleasure of meeting seated us. If no one else appreciates her today...I DEFINITELY DO. And how many places actually put cherries in their cherry coke :)

Bought breakfast for family, food was great not too salty like last time BUT they need to alert customers to call restaurant when you arrive for pick up regardless of what the text they send ask you, call them when you outside. I waited a extra 20 mins.

Shaherra was excellent it was a little slow day at the time I was there but very attentive and very nice...She was patient and listen to my 2little ladies placing there order even when the changed their mind...Would definitely return to her section as my Waitress...

Would advise any and everyone not to eat here I was employed and the things I witnessed while on the clock was sickening. Chefs dropping items to cook with on the floor and reuse without washing or sanitizing. HAIR ALL IN PEOPLES FOOD . DIRTY BOOTHS THATS NEVER CLEANED PROPERLY. Waitresses never have hairnets on barely wash their hands. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT THE BACON IS PRECOOKED AND THEY DRAIN THE GREASE WHILE ITS SITTING ON A TRASH CAN YES A TRASH CAN. DIRTIEST PLACE TO EAT AGAIN I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO EAT AT THIS LOCATION PERIOD

Mediocre food served with decency and courtesy. As a kid going to IHOP was an exciting experience with all the colorful flags and how easy it was to get my dad to teach me how to identify the nations and some facts about each one. Buttery pancakes and chocolate milk were merely a bonus. Dads been gone a long time now and so are the colorful international flags. The food is probably the same as it ever was. I ordered a combo with eggs sausage hash browns and two pancakes. It was more than enough food and it was adequately cooked. The combo with coffee was around $14. My only gripe was the hostess sat me at a wet table. The server was attentive and polite, the busser was considerate and gregarious, the atmosphere was family friendly and 3 languages were being spoken in the room.
