I've been around when they have been creating some of their ice cream dishes and I must say the banana cream pie ice cream is amazing.

This place serves nitrogen ice cream with great assorted toppings. I tried the coconut one and it was really good. The decor is awesome too. If you're in Southcenter (Westfield Shopping Center), stop be and check this unique place out. The folks working there are really nice and helpful too.
service was fast and probably waited 5 mins for our icecream. The kid messed up my custom strawberry, wafer, chocolate syringe ice cream and upgraded me from a kids to a regular size. Their bowls are aesthetically beautiful with a huge mound of icecream and it can be dressed with any syringe flavor. The atmosphere is like the Willy Wonka of icecream shops.
pro: extra creamy/smooth, chunky morsels, fun syringe flavor
con: icecream wasn't sweet enough or had a strong strawberry flavor, cookies and cream also lacked sweet/vanilla
A cool way to experience ice cream. I like the theme. The flavors were pretty good, and though it is a bit pricy they make up for it in the portions. Great place to take the kids and adults.
This is a really cool build your own ice cream place that has vegan options. They use liquid nitrogen to create the ice cream from a base right in front of you. Then you pick from an assortment of toppings. It comes out tasting similar to really good soft serve plus toppings. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey. The smallest size was 9oz for $6.50 but each topping is extra. So a small cup ended up being around $9 is it worth it? Maybe for the novelty, but I can't see myself coming here every weekend in the summer for ice cream.
This place is awesome! I came here with my wife after eating next door. The decor is something you would see at a large amusement park. You can tell they put allot of effort into making this place look great.
The day we went in the owners were sampling their up coming ice cream waffle cone and boy was it AMAZING!! We got the banana cream pie signature dish, they even use a real slice of pie. I will diffidently be bringing friends and family back to Cloud Nine.
The Caramel Affogoto was creamy and delicious. Still can't touch Molly Moon's Stumptown Coffee but still very good. Cool, laid back place. Good for families.
This place is so cool!! From the entrance to the staff and the tank in the back. Not only is it a great place to go and hang out but the ice cream is amazing as well. You have to try the Cookie Monster or the Waffle Sandwich. I so glad they put an ice cream shop like this in the mall.
Some friends and I went here to try out the ice cream and it was delicious! Worth. The time our ice cream was served was fast.
