Yokozuna for Happy Hour is always a great time. I am not a sushi person at all. I have a shrimp allergy and I stay away... unless we're going to Yokozuna! Happy hour with discounted appertizers and great service it was well worth the stop. We ordered crispy spring rolls , pan seared gyoza. Both were pretty good. I liked the spring rolls best. I ordered California roll and my Fiancé ordered Route 66 roll. I'd go back, and I left full.
I was in the mood for Asian and found this place to be walkable from my downtown hotel. I ordered a glass of wine, then a Miso soup for an appetizer. The soup reached the table before the wine. I plowed through the soup. It was not as warm as I would have liked but I enjoyed the broth, vegetables, and tofu enough to overlook the temp. I ordered the Thai Street Noodles as they came, with fried tofu, and they were delish. There was lots of cilantro on top of the dish which was fine by me but I wonder if the description of the dish should have read cilantro instead of basil. Oh well, I ate every bite. Service was great after I was seated. I felt like I had to wait a little too long to be seated in the first place. It was a slow night. I would totally go again.
It is definitely a little cramped but it doesn't decrease our desire to come. They have wonderful food and service. We love their dumplings!!!!! Their ramen was delicious and tai noodles were really good. We haven't had anything we didn't like here so far.
