This past Sunday was our first visit to Carrabba's. We were warmly welcomed and quickly seated. Our server, Stevie, introduced herself and was very friendly. When we mentioned that this was our first dining experience at Carrabba's and asked for extra time to study the menu, she was very thorough and helpful with explaining our menu options, including what was included with the entrees and possible substitutions, and recommendations for entrees. A representative of Management stopped by to welcome us and offered any assistance to us "New-comers" in assisting us in our menu selections, (I'm sorry I don't remember her name.) Drinks, appetizers, salads, etc. and main course were delivered in timely perfection. Everything was delicious, I had the lasagna, and my wife had the shrimp, scallops and linguine. Stevie offered us a complementary "first time diners" desert. We, unfortunately, had to decline because we had not "left room" for dessert. She then offered the dessert in a to-go box, but we had to decline because we had no way to keep it properly cooled until we got home as were "out, and about" shopping, etc. To make a long story short, (yes, it's way too late for that,) Carrabba's is the place to go for excellent Italian cuisine. We will definitely dine there again.

I dont do reviews of resturants but i think i should on this one. My wife and i were celebrating Valentine's Day since i will be gone on that day. We got a valentine's special they had that had an appetizer, entree and desert. The waitress suggested a wine for my wife and was spot on. She loved it and we are looking for it to buy for us to have at home. Appetizer was amazing. Entree was "as my wife says" to die for. The cheese cake was the only thing we finished while we were there. The waitress was kind and not pushy like some places. The manager even came to check on us and was professional and polite. Even gave us some seasoning to use at home. All in all...we will be back. Made our date night/Valentine's Day dinner great...

I normally am not a big fan of Italian Food, but oh...my...goodness. This place was even better than I remembered! My husband chose this restaurant for our early Valentine's Day dinner yesterday, and it did not disappoint. I didn't taste a single thing I did not love, and our waitress was spot on with the wine she suggested for me (and I'm very picky when it comes to wine). We had the Zucchini Frites appetizer (amazing), the Pollo Rosa Maria w/ asparagus (OMG...), the Chicken Parm w/ fettuccini Alfredo (so good!), and a slice of Tiramisu to share. We were definitely pushing our limits by the end, but it was all SO worth it!
