Not really my kind of place but the food was broadly good, and the value was too. Hash browns a bit undercooked for me

We went in the middle of a lunch rush, so we expected it to take some time to order and get our food. We were seated immediately upon walking in, then we had to wait around 5 minutes to be seen by our waitress, and then we got our food after around 10-15 minutes. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. They were packed full and still managed to get our food correctly and maintain the level of quality. Great experience

It was a definite win this visit! If you have read any of my IHOP reviews, it stands as my Favorite place for Breakfast on week days. It is either Good or very bad. It definitely seems The Kitchen staffing has improved immensely. This visit there was ample and attentive staff thu out the restaurant. One of my pet peeves anywhere is the shortage of napkins. This trip, there were 2 nice sized napkins wrapped with our silverware. Silverware is the reason there were was not a perfect score. We both had a full set, and used them. But One Fork was completely Flat the other had mangled tines. Fortunately, they are cheap enough metal my man was able to reshape them enough to be used. YES, I expect useable forks. Our breakfasts, presented together, hot and as ordered deserved them too.
