Customer service is really nice and friendly. I came for their loaded fries which was very flavorful. Will definitely come back for their drinks.

I ordered the sunset tea. It was the worst boba tea ive ever drank. It tasted like sugary watered down cough syrup. Me and my friend struggled to drink and were devasted after spending 10 dollars on our drinks. I had a horrible stomach ache after wards and it was gross. Joy4tea should definitely rethink their fruit teas.

The boba and milk tea here are pretty good. Even the mangonada drink and avocado smoothie was delicious too!

My GO TO place for loaded fries. If you want actual flavor, freshness, lots of sauce and variety - you have to come here. A gem of the east bay imho. 10/10 always recommend to my friends and fam

I stumbled upon this place after eating a great comforting lunch nearby at Lechon Manila. I wanted dessert after taking a casual stroll and Joy4Tea showed itself to me. The signage can be a bit in your face but they have them up for a reason because it seems like the crew is proud of their creations here. I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake item and enjoyed every last ounce of it that I ended up trying to eat all of the remains along the insides of my empty cup. Needless to say, I will come back to try the other food items at Joy4Tea. Sisig, I'm eyeing you out! ;)

Good place, new technology new methods new standards new varieties.
Cool and calm environment however it is not a great place to sit and drink as the direct sun hitting into shop and NO AC, crazy saving money switching off AC on summer hot day. Not a good idea for new business .
Took 80% sugar regular bubble milk tea. Tapioca is not cooked in Honey and they are not sweet by sweet itself when you chewed and they are little hard.

This is a Brand new store. something need to improve. Th wait time is high after the order. But overall the customer service is good . I don't they have A/c or not . but it's not working when i went it . The perls are not sweet. The area is very quite and not crowded.
