The food was amazing, went here for lunch with a couple friends and had their bbq chicken bowl which was a great medley of meat and veggies, my friends had the gyro wraps which were by both counts the best they've had. The service was also amazing and staff here is very welcoming! Overall great spot!!

This place makes delicious and healthy food for lunch. Did I say delicious? Their BBQ chicken bowl is excellent, and so healthy! I am hooked and actually crave the taste. Their hours, unfortunately, are somewhat limited. They are not open on Mondays. When they are open, it is from 11:00 to 3:00 pm. No weekends. This may be temporary due to staffing shortages. One can only hope as I would eat at Ingrid's 4 times a week if I could! This is a small restaurant run by a couple who appreciate life. It shows in their food. Very, very fresh, flavorful, and good for you. They have a few tables available inside and outside when the weather is good. If you are near Ingrid's at lunchtime, eat there. You will not be disappointed. You'll be full and feeling no guilt! Definitely a 5-star lunch.

I stopped in to try it out. Ordered the gyros and oh my are they amazing and worth the hype. Best gyro in Vancouver. Pay attention to her eating instructions they will save you some mess. Thanks again for the great gyros!!!
