My Fiance and I arrived at this store very close to them closing for the day. The staff was extremely friendly and did not seem frustrated about this, although I was a bit embarrassed coming in so late. We signed up for internet service and the employee who helped us did not try to up-sell us on speeds that were faster than we would ever need for the amount of stuff that we do. He explained other deals that were going on and was respectful when we declined them. He set us up with everything we needed to be successful and ensured that things worked on our end before we left the store. We could not get our apps to work in the time period of being at the store, but I was able to get this up and running later. Overall, we had a great experience, and I see no reason to knock off any stars for an app beyond their control not working.

Great customer service. Called into 800 number told me to some pick up product at the store. They were incorrect but local people took care of me. Super nice a d professional. It seem slike coming I. Is always better than 800 people

Great staff, I got there just as they were closing, but the employee that came to the door was so sweet he unlocked the door and let me in so I can make a payment at the kiosk machine even though I had showed up a few minutes after closing and he had already locked the door. He saved me the trouble of my service getting interrupted and then having to pay a reconnection fees. Thank you Xfinity staff...
