First time my family and I have ever been to Cici's. We live up north in Minnesota and headed home from southern Texas. There was a disgruntled family eating and I believe the staff handled the situation perfectly. However, the staff felt bad that we (and other customers) had to witness the event and they were very professional and accommodating. Thank you Nick, Destiny and the rest of the staff for making our first trip to Cici's a great one!... oh and the food was great also!

We had the best experience today the cook his name is Ryan he actually interacted with my son and he was probably the politest person I've seen in the restaurant business he may be one of the only reasons that we come back to this cicis the food was good but the service was great

This place is great! I'm here at least once a week, if not more often. The new owners have really fixed this place up! Better quality food. A friendlier and more helpful staff. The place is clean and organized. There's always several hot pizzas ready to eat on the buffet and I try my best to eliminate them as fast as I can! The salad bar is fresh and fully stocked. The management always recognizes me and remembers my preferences! They treat you like a friend and they operate the business like a real restaurant should and not as a punishment or penalty. The staff members are happy and are always working to make your experience better! If you've been there, recently, you know I'm right. If you haven't been in a while; give it another look...you will be impressed and will leave happy, stuffed and satisfied! Good food! Good folks! Good time to go!
