Drove to the drive through first but it took to long for someone to take our order so we went inside. The staff seemed very busy and maybe understaffed ... It took a few minutes before we were acknowledged however, once we were addressed things fell into place. Staff were great and attentive. Food was delivered to our table nice and hot.

Having a day out with family. Highly recommend. Wish they would open one in Hastings. Long John's / A&D, we could really use it. Best Long John's Silvers around. We had a variety of foods from fish and chicken to shrimp and hush puppies. The fish was crispy and flackey.

Drive-Thru: staff was very friendly, food was hot, crispy, and still delicious when we got it home. You can tell the people that work there actually care about the food they serve.

5-⭐️’s to Sherry, she seemed like the only one there working…. And she was killin’ it. She was knocking out the drive thru line as well as the dining room. Sherry I’m sorry that your company has failed you in getting you some help. You alone held the store together all on your own. Whatever LJS is paying you it’s not enough. If I owned a restaurant I would hire you in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work. As to the corporate office person reading this… 0-⭐️’s Shame on you for making this lady run like that. Unnecessary and uncalled for. Get her some help. A couple more people at the store will mean a few more dollars in wages however it will mean happier guests, cleaner stores, and lower wait times. Let’s be very clear I am not nor should you blame her for any of that. That is management failing her. Management do better Sherry… keep on being you!

Food was super delicious. Definitely worth the wait it was fresh. I don't normally have to wait in the parking areas. Glad I did and even customer service was nice.

Best fish, chicken and shrimp and hush puppies and fries in MI! Better than salmon, steelhead, perch or bluegill! Only if you are not on a diet since it's fried!

For a fast food restaurant, they have the best fish fried and baked that I have had anywhere. Their chain fortunately is the same everywhere. I have never gotten a bone in my fish which doesn't see like a big deal until you get one in your throat. The service is always good and friendly.

The food was awesome! Service was quick for a busy day. The outside could have been cleaner but coming out of winter and spring cleaning is not quite there...not too bad.
