We thought it was a little pricey, at 200.00 a night, but stayed anyway. We were greeted promptly by friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfy. The best part was the happy hostesses preparing and working at the breakfast bar. They seemed genuinely happy to be there making sure everyone had what they needed. The place was impeccably clean. Hold onto these ladies. They are a rare find!

I am disappointed with the customer service. Over 6 weeks ago, I have booked two rooms because I have 6 people (2 adults, 4 kids) for this coming weekend. I was told weeks ago to call a week prior to ensure that I get adjoining rooms. Now, I am being told that it cannot be done because they are all booked up and they will not ensure the rooms are adjoining or even next to each other. I asked for the manager and was told the manager is on leave and she does not know when she is coming back to work. This it poor customer service. I cannot believe there are no management supervising the staff. This is crazy. Follow up to my previous review. I contacted Hilton regarding the the room and they contacted back to local hotel where I was able to speak with manager. She was very nice and informed that she spoke to the staff and in fact that is available on call 24/7. She promptly helped me by finding rooms that were adjoining so my family can be together during our stay. Thank you for getting this resolved!!

Great location right off I-95. We enjoyed our overnight stay on a road trip. The staff was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Room was clean, wireless and mini fridge. We forgot some toiletries and they provided us with extra toothbrushes at no cost. The hot breakfast and coffee station was great. The breakfast staff was so friendly. Darlene and the other staff member tended to us and were just a joy early in the morning. They made our visit even better.
