I had never been to Potbelly and in the 4 days I was in DC I ate there 3 times. Literally everything was delicious.

The sale was delicious! Unfortunately they do NOT offer GLUTEN FREE options. However, everyone that I was with RAVED about the sandwiches, including the children.

Kids group of 25 people were turned away at Zburger near by at lunch time! Your shop took them in though and provided wonderful food and great ‘can do’ service. My son said it was the best sandwich ever! Thanks!!

Always busy at lunch, but they get everyone through the line quickly. Generally friendly service with tasty subs and salads. Helps if you know what you want because sometimes when it’s busy they’ll start taking orders several customers deep into the line.

Decent sandwiches, soups, and lunch type foods. Conveniently located right by Federal Center SW Metro station, very close to Congressional and other buildings downtown. Service was ok.

I love coming here. Every single one of the staff seem genuinely happy to help. The Uptown Salad is delicious and fresh. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere. The whole dining experience was perfect. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
