Papa Johns Pizza Washington DC

This store is located about 6 blocks walking distance to my office and so my delivery orders and food always arrive pretty quickly and very hot. I've ordered from this location numerous times both for walk-in orders as well as delivery orders too. Sometimes when I've called to place an order it may take a little bit of a wait time before someone answers the phone which can be a little annoying but that can be expected of any busy fast food restaurant you call when they are under staffed or are very busy, so I just put my phone on speakerphone and patiently wait until I can't catch someone on the phone but if I don't feel like being placed on hold or waiting in general I just merely log onto the Papa Johns website and place my order that way. The food I order is normally well worth the wait to me and my stomach so it's no need for me to complain lls because once it hits my stomach I totally forget about the wait time 😂. The employees are always very courteous and friendly to me even when I've ordered food during one of their busy lunch or dinner rushes or when I've come in and caught them cleaning up just as they are about to close. If and when I've order items in the past and my delivery order did not arrive as expected or if any items were left behind by mistake like a soda or even just a forgotten small pepper or cheese packet the drivers have gone back to the store without hesitation just to get those small condiments and returned quickly with a smile. Every once in a while if my food does not turn out how I expected as well I'll just merely speak to a store manager on duty and they've apologized for the inconvenience, told me to keep the botched order and delivered me some new food out without hesitation too. I really enjoy ordering from this location because of the great customer service I've received from the staff there as well as the speedy service they provide.
