This is not a traditional location - it's a ghost kitchen that's part of Ivy City Food Works, which hosts a ton of different restaurants. I ordered through the BK app while passing through the area, so was a bit confused at first as there is no BK signage, but ventured into the pickup lobby anyway to ask. They have screens for ordering and lockers for pickup as this is location is geared mostly to delivery services, but don't bother with them. I walked up to the window and a guy behind the counter had my order ready to go in the back. Quality was the same as other Burger King locations, though they actually fulfilled my custom requests (e.g. Extra tomatoes, BBQ sauce), which my local location seems to always overlook. So don't be afraid to walk in to pick up your order! They have a dedicated parking lot, though it would be nice if there were some signage noting which restaurants are hosted inside to reassure those picking up their own orders for the first time.

Stopped by for a quick lunch today, and the waiting area was nice and clean with free parking on the side of the building. Food was just as good as any other Burger King, but they forgot to add cheese to my chicken sandwich as requested on the order screen and clearly shown on the paper receipt attached to the bag so I had to go back inside and wait a few more minutes for them to fix my sandwich. I also noticed they don't use regular soda/ice machines...they just give you a 20oz bottle of soda of their choosing...luckily I happen to like the Dr. Pepper they gave me. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order and I'll be back...just remember to check your order before leaving.
