I had ordered some Dunkin before my shift and when I checked my bag 🎒 before leaving I noticed a mistake was done. My order was inaccurate. I let employer that I had received the wrong item. I was still charged difference. I was in rush but felt disappointed for being charged for a mistake.
I get a email/call from manager after I told them that I had an error happen to my order. The manager had told me that they'll fix and help me out with a coupon as a courtesy for their mistake.
I appreciate that the staff went above and beyond after the incident to fix the issue. The croissant with egg 🥚 and sausage was amazing to enjoy. Way better than Starbucks for sure!
Employees need to double check order or say out loud what is inside because if a customer leaves and notices they got the wrong item. It is dreadful to drive 🚗 back.
This Duncan is the place that deserves our business. They apologized for another Duncan's actions and made me change my mind about leaving Duncan for Starbucks. These guys care about their customers. The offer I was trying to use from the Duncan app was honored here whereas the other Duncan would not. They tried distancing themselves from the app whereas this one said that it was a representation of their company so they would honor it. I will never set foot in the other one because their app offers never seem to work. (I think its their way of not wanting to give us those prices) people are usually in a hurry to worry about it at that moment. I will gladly continue my purchases of my favorite coffees at this location where their customers matter!! Thank you Duncan. Very happy with your services!

They are always very curtious and polite. Very helpful and friendly. Very fast and always have what I want. My husband went in today and they gave him a dozen donuts, a coffee, and hot chocolate free. He tried to pay and the owner would not take his money. My husband is a Veteran. I love it there. I would recommend them always.

🤠🤗We used to go there everyday, the customer service is very good, the store is always clean, I have nothing to say about that. But when they put the Wingstop in next door, that did it for me. Too many ignorant people blocking traffic while you're trying to get in and out. Not worth the aggravation!😒
