The food tasted great. We got very exceptional service from our server as well. The restaurant itself was very well kept, and clean. Nice, and quiet atmosphere with no screaming todlers. I assume because it's out of the way for locals to make it their favorite hangout joint. Will definitely be back again the next time I haul a load out this way.

Always have a great time when we go to Denny's (Wayland, MO) the food is consistently delicious, the cinnamon roll pancakes are the whip! The servers are friendly and willing to go out of their way for you, while the Chef takes the time to come out, say hi & ask how the food tastes which is really cool. My meal was ridiculously good, chicken was cooked well, broccoli was perfect. I tried their Mango habanero dipping sauce with our onion rings. It's the best dipping sauce I've ever had, it's like a sweet & sour consistency - opaque with little bits of fresh red peppers in it, so it doesn't have that tomato/red flavor. It's not overwhelming with the flavor like most habanero sauces. Sweet at first with a not-too-spicy heat, a good heat which lingers on the middle part of the tongue. So you can skip the ice cream for dessert! Haha! Come on ice cream!
