I work at Cabelas right behind Freddy's and have found a new great place to eat lunch!! The staff was very friendly and was all working with smiles on their face even under all the excitement and pressure of the first day! Loved it and will be back very soon!!! Way to go.
Excellent service! Food was amazing they was packed and only took about ten minutes to get our food. Definitely will be bringing my family back and telling friends about it. Also was really reasonable on price.
I was always a big fan of Steak N Shake so was sad when they closed. A Freddy's opened up by us and they are great! Honestly I like them better - seems like they have better service and are much quicker to get your food.
Also the food is better. I love the fry sauce and burgers. It's great for my kids and they enjoy visiting. Concretes and custards are really good as well. Our closest Freddy's is a different location but we swung by this one on our travels and loved the vibe.
Been coming here for 4 years!!!! Without a doubt they always provide wonderful service and yummy, delicious custard. I would recommend getting the fries!!!!
Freddy’s, specifically the Liberty Township OH location, is the best! The food is always excellent, piping hot and delivered fast. It has a great atmosphere, very family friendly. The staff are very engaging and provide excellent customer service. I’ve never once received my order wrong.
Yum! We had their awesome new Double French Onion burger & fries. Perfection 👌 Clean restaurant, nice employess & a bonus...the holiday decorations are on point. So cute!
For whatever reason they couldn't get my debit card to work on their machine. It was my only card, and like most of us, I didn't have any cash. The manager didn't panic and didn't make me feel like I was the bad person either. Instead she promptly decided to comp me the meal. Kudos to a manager that can think on her feet and keep it moving!
Burgers and frys are always fresh to order. Jeff is so pleasant and wants to make sure your experience is a good one. Very clean and decorations are cute for Christmas. Highly recommend
My overall experience at Freddy's is always been good, I always enjoy the old fashioned burgers and custard... My favorite is a cheese curds! So normally they always get the order right. But today they made a mistake on my wives chocolate PBC & B it's usually done very well, but today we found out that they no longer use banana but a banana syrup on the dessert...
Needless to say, it was not very satisfying. The staff tried their best to fix it but it wasn't that great... The staff was very friendly about it and even offered to replace it... the craving was missed...
You love, Freddy's!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for lunch. Stopped in with a large crew Inez was so welcoming and helpful. Being my first visit to a Freddie’s I wasn’t sure what to expect. They delivered perfect service and a welcoming environment with delicious food! Thanks to the team for a great experience!
First visit to Freddy's and I have to say I was impressed. I got a small cup of chili with cheese and the jalapeno steakburger with side cheese curds to share. And of course if you stop at Freddy's you have to try their fry sauce both regular and spicy.
