I love the idea of Penn Station but always leave somewhat disappointed. I ask for extra pizza sauce and extra banana peppers but seem to get neither. Today's sandwich appeared to have 4-6 oz of sauce and a smattering of banana peppers. Next time I will ask for extra sauce and extra banana peppers on the side. Don't get me wrong, the food tastes good, but it would suit my taste buds more if I received it as I ordered it.

I just walked out of this location after having a delicious pizza sub, fries and of course sweet tea! The employees greet you with smiling faces and even better food all while sitting in the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in in YEARS! Every local restaurant owner/manager should have these folks train their employees! 10/10 I won’t eat anywhere else from now on when I’m in the area! Thank you all!

The layout leaves a bit to be desired but that's not the fault of the folks who work there. The food is awesome and the service is ok.
The only feedback I have is if you go in as far as a half hour away from closing, they've already started closing up shop, so you can't eat inside. I was planning on eating in with my granddaughter within the 30mins it was still open. Instead, we had to take it to go. While I was waiting for our food, another gentleman came in and asked if he was still able to order. There was still a good 25mins until close at this point. But from the interaction I saw, it seemed like they were doing him a favor by taking his order at that time.
I dont know if that is a requirement by the franchise owners? If it is, I would say that a one off of staying open an extra 5mins every now and again, and maybe re-wiping a table down shouldn't be that big of a deal. Idk, maybe the employees had something going on that particular night...
I know this... They make a great sandwich, so I'll continue to go! 😊
Huge improvement with their team! Prior visits left mich to be desired (grumpy and seemed like they hate their jobs). This new team is super observant, greets guests instantly, great teamwork, and attention to details! Way to go guys!!!
The woman helping take our order was very friendly. She left out an order for a large fry, but the manager saved the day and got my ravenous kiddos some fresh fries to make up for it. Clearly, service has improved here in recent years and the food is still as good as I remember. I love the dagwoods--ham and turkey lightly grilled with onions, tomatoes, mayo, salt and pepper and don't forget the banana peppers!
Never fails when it comes to customer service. I get take out from there at least every other week sometimes more. If they ever mess up they are happy to fix it. No attitude about it
I had lunch here today 12/8/22. I frankly had stopped going to Penn Stations because the bread was usually greasy and the fries were usually not crispy. This location might be the best in the city. Stopped in during middle of lunch hour. Staff was friendly, super efficient at getting orders complete. RR was clean. Restaurant was clean. The food was fantastic. I had a small grilled Dagwood and fries. Toppings were fresh. This location has restored my faith in the chain. Great work guys.
One of the best Penn stations in the Tri-State hands down ! Go out of my way to hit it allways great !

Great store. Several visits over the past few months. Hot fresh fries and sub. They handled a heavy lunch rush today and still delivered quality
