As a Sip Club Member, I enjoy the pleasant customer service and the hospitality this restaurant chain provides. As for cost, it's a bit pricier to eat here, but I love the sip club for iced coffees! I ordered the pick 2 and got the Napa chicken salad sandwich, mac’n’cheese, and side of bread. The Napa sandwich was delicious- it’s one of my favorites. The mac’n’cheese was also good (wasn’t soupy). The bread was cooked perfectly too. The staff -Zack and a female coworker- were friendly and happy 😊
I go to this location often and it is clean and cute. I like how you can either go up and order at the counter or put in your order on tablets (some Panera’s don’t have that).
Omg I tried the squash soup. I loved it and quickly regretted only getting a cup. I have found a favorite. The soup was so good.

My grand-daughter must have said 5 times how good their chicken soup is. She's almost 4 and very picky about chicken soup. Nice job Panera Bread!
BBQ chicken sandwich was excellent as well. It's nice that they offer 1/2 portions.
They have cookies in the shape of puzzle pieces, 'PIECE OF HOPE', that were not only tasty but also offered as piece of hope to help support Children's.... How wonderful! (If I explained incorrectly, my apologies but I think I got it right.)

Nice clean friendly environment with great food and moderately priced.
They are the best! I work in cancer care and my office needed a large delivery order and all of the locations near us were closed. Unfortunately we were out of their delivery range and they STILL delivered it to us. The managers, Amanda and Zack were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They are truly appreciated. During this crazy time with it being hard to leave to get lunch, they really did us a solid! The food was hot and delicious. If I could give a million stars I would! Great job guys!
