A special thank you to Kelsey, who was working at the Valley West location tonight. I walked in about 5 minutes to closing time (I promise I don't normally do this!) and apologized and humbly asked if it was OK to place an order so late. Kelsey was polite, extraordinarily professional and understanding. She made a point to tell me she wants people to feel welcome coming in, even if it's just before closing - "you never know what kind of day somebody has had". She really was exceptionally kind and deserves accolades for her genuine, high quality customer service. Me and my belly thank you! :)
