Update 11/9/18 : Stop whatever you're doing and go to Los Adobes and order a Torta Cubana. I had one today and it's one of the best things I've ever had. Seriously go now! Stopped by to grab a quick burrito to go. Even though they were quite busy I only waited about ten minutes. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I got a steak burrito which was very good. It was a reasonable size not a huge gut bomb. The steak was thin sliced and tender. I'll be back to try other things on the menu.

Nice place, friendly people and delicious food. I tried the pozole and it was really good. The tamal too and there are all the flavors of tamal ( mole, verde, rojo, dulce etc) and the horchata water finally I tried after a lot of time. Respect to chicken fajitas we tried the other day and we were a little disappointed because it was not good and there are more onion, peppers but just a few pieces of chicken.

We've been frequenting this place since it opened. We have always had a very good experience here. Food always tastes freshly-prepared ( you can watch them cook it from the dining area) the service is friendly, and the prices are very good. Yes it's a hole in the wall and you may not get seating because it's so small, so get takeout and enjoy it at home. This is one of our two favorite Mexican restaurants in the Greater Hartford area.
