The food was very yummy and customer service was great! We were there treating out our aunt and she had suggested this place, we’re happy we listened to her. The owner even came out and made sure we were taken cared of correctly and always made sure our drinks were topped. We ordered several entrees but I think my personal favorite was their house special noodles. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

The entrees were delicious and delivery super fast! Sadly I won’t be ordering again because the hot and sour soup was not good— tasteless and bland, using celery to try to flavor it but it’s just overpowering and disappointing instead. Too bad!

Wild Ginger is now named Yan Express. It is still the same owner though. I have no idea why the name changed. Anyways, I love to eat here. It is within sight of Panda Express but like others mentioned you get about double the food for cheaper. Quality is average for Utah Chinese food (very tasty but not unique), but the lunch specials after tax come in at $5.65 including meat, rice, and either egg roll or cheese wonton. Also, as others mentioned, the owner/chef is a SUPER nice guy who will make the food however you want. He makes it in front of you when you order...cant get any fresher than that. They also deliver for dinner time although I usually visit during lunch. I love supporting this local restaurant and always get more than my moneys worth.
