I give them a 5 star for the taste and customer service. But I give them 2 stars on the online ordering part. I ordered 1 boneless and 1 bone-in and got both in. I haven't called to mention it. But I am going to being it to their attention. They need to pay better attention. It's a simple mistake but to me it's a big deal.

Convenient & robust portions for single-serving fare; however they have one of the least intuitive apps in the market. Right down there in the abyss along with Wendy's & Jack-in-the-box; truly amateur as if written by a failing fifth grader.

There are multiple fees in the ordering process that increase the total significantly before you even tip your delivery driver. Plus prices have increased. Not satisfied with the increases cost on something that used to cost me under $50 (which is still a lot for fast food pizza) this time cost me $66+... But the delivery staff is always great and super polite and take proper precautions.

first of all the 1st time I ordered from this location, I made a mistake on my order. I am a vegetarian so my mistake meant I could not eat the pizza they replaced it for me free & got it to me so fast. Orders to follow were great with fast delivery. This is the first time I have received a survey to tell you how great they are. Yummy pizza too!

Add bigger and better deals to your menu. Whilst I understand the cost of things may be high due to current events there is ALWAYS a way to make savings available to your customers resulting in more clientele and even more recommendations to your franchise.
