Taco Bell

Trucker related: Went here because everything else was close but Taco Bell is open until midnight. Except there dining room, as we were walking up I saw another driver try to go inside then thru the drive thru. We walked over to see if would serve in drive thru but nobody was inside. He said when he was walking up he saw two employees go get into a black car backed into a spot. So we stood there waiting two cars came thru sat at the drive thru to order and nothing, so everyone left except we stood and waited to see if anyone got out of the car. Well I walked over near the car and all you could smell was weed. So I knew they were in there. Well when we walked off we stood back and waited, two more cars pulled up and went thru the drive thru and all of the sudden both doors open and guess what? Two employees get out and start running inside. What they didn’t realize is we were still waiting and have it all on video!

I will start off by saying this taco bell is really close to my house so my family & I go here often. I have had a mix of good & bad experiences from this particular one. Usually our bad experiences were when we went through the drive thru, forgotten items, order made wrong, smashed food etc. However a couple of weeks ago we came inside to order because they had a sign up that their card machine was down & to come inside to use their self ordering kiosk if not paying with cash, so we did & I loved the easy use & the assurance that the order was put in correctly. You can customize your order however you want & add extras, it's really nice. So the last couple of weeks we've been there about 3 times & went in and used the kiosk & have had no issues with missing items or wrong orders & the food has been really good & well made. I will add though that the employees should still try to greet customers as we walk in & be more personable than just calling our name when the order is ready, setting it on the counter & walking away... no smile or thank you or anything. So that was my only complaint today. :) It looks as if they are trying to do better so I have 4 stars, I will update as I see fit. Thank you for better service to the current employees.

I was walking up to get dinner at 8:15 PM last night and all doors were locked but they were serving 3 people inside. Nobody would let me in and their hours on the door said they closed at 9 PM. If you have hours posted, you need to abide by them. I saw other people walking up trying to get dinner as well and having the same luck. It’s so hard finding good help nowadays.

This place is horrendous! Not even kidding! I was there around 5:30pm on a Saturday night with my family and friends. There was 3 ppl in line and 1 person waiting to exchange their food. So, long story short. Every order was wrong and had to be replaced. That's almost 10 orders that were wrong at one time One order was opened by the wrong person at the table they were sitting at. Then took it back and instead of throwing it away because of covid-19 rules and even cross contamination. They just gave it to the other ppl. I had a huge nasty black hair in my food. They were very rude also!

There were only 3 kids running the Resteraunt....A sign posted in the window explaining they were short staffed and food would take a little longer than usual...I did not have high expectations!,,,I was very wrong...These three kids did an exceptional job....Polite and efficient...The Resteraunt was clean and well run...nice...very nice
