They hold true to their name as the best Mexican food in town! Driving through town. Stop to get a burrito. One of the best burritos I've ever eaten in my life. Fantastic service. Stop here to go or to take out if you're traveling or in town and just want a good place to eat some Mexican food
For being in a very small town, this place is absolutely authentic and extremely tasty...let me take that back. For any City, town whatever, this place is great.
They have a pretty large menu. Breakfast lunch dinner, and a large seafood selection. Expect to wait as this place is usually pretty busy.
Okay, I thought I was spoiled, having Agave, in Healdsburg, but, even with their supposed best, this place's Al Pastor, is without a doubt, the actual best. Meat is flavorful, and still quite juicy. The Chimichanga I got was absolutely huge, and absolutely delicious. Don't be fooled, even though it's next to an AMPM, this place is exceptional.
My Sister past away & I needed food for a lot of people, I didn't need the extra stress on preparing for as the same time I was preparing for everything else. I called many various restaurants & no one was able to cater for so many people at that time. Stressed & running out of time I found this amazing restaurant & the wonderful lady, Maria, in charge. I needed food for 150-200 people & she said she could with no hesitation, she even gave me a discount & threw in chips & salsa on the house. The food was ready on time, hot & fresh, & conveniently packed well. They put everything in crates for easy handling & the employees even carried it out & loaded it up! The food was delicious & there was plenty left over, she didn't skimp on anything, she filled it up! Thank You so much Taqueria Jalos & a Very Special Thank You to Maria you did an awesome job & your employees are outstanding! I highly recommend this restaurant, much love!
I ordered 2 chicken tacos with rice and beans plate for $7.99. Absolutely delicious. I live an hour away and I would drive here in a heartbeat for great authentic food.

We stopped here for the first time on the way back from Fort Bragg. Delicious food! We are hispanic and can be very picky about a good “ mexican meal” .. this place has great flavor in all the plates our family got. The favorite was the tostada de ceviche so flavorful ! Tortas, nachos and chicken tostada were great too! The tacos are loaded with meat and great flavor! To top it all off great customer service and nice and clean! Definitely would recomended!
Muy delicioso! Wow this place was a great fan. My husband and I had to order more. Everything was so tasty. We had the carne asada and then we ordered carnitas and Al pastor tacos. The chips and salsa were great. Great rice and beans and I loved the grilled jalapenos. If you want authentic Mexican check this place out!
When I come to Wilitis I always stop by here and order the chicken quesadilla with a coke. The restaurant is inside a gas station but it has it's own area and is divided by a wall so when your inside it doesn't feel like you eating at a gas station lol. The cashier/server is great, she is friendly and very attentive. She would check up on customers as she goes bussing the tables. I really enjoyed watching her work. I am definitely stopping by next time I'm in town.
