Just came from this location a few minutes ago. (Aug 30th, Thurs, @ about 5pm) There was the NICEST lady behind the counter you would want to encounter. She was fantastic with all her customers and in serving myself, my son and wife. She explained self serve and also allowed us to get some samples before deciding on a flavor. The flavors change from time to time and the toppings are ENDLESS! There is something for everyone here. Again, the customer service from the woman behind the counter (older Caucasian women) was absolutely outstanding. Owner Brad, I hope you value her! Thank you.

Back in July I was staying at my Mimi’s house in Lake Hinsdale Village. We were heading out to Orland Park and I wanted to take my own car and my mother, my grandma and her husband would take their own so I wouldn’t have to leave when they leave (usually earlier) since I wanted to spend time with my cousins I never get to see. I went outside to get my shoes from the car and I ended up getting locked out of the house. Meaning my phone and everything I needed was stuck inside the house, (my phone has the GPS/address, my wallet for gas, and everything I needed.) I went into TCBY to use their phone and a woman helped me so much. I’m assuming she was the manager since she was in the middle of schedules and she was the kindest soul I’d ever met. I live in MA and I constantly think about how she truly cared if I got back in the house and got to my destination safely. She genuinely wanted to help and let me use her paper pens and phone and I had to go back more than once since my mom insisted the door was just stubborn and I was just not pushing hard enough, giving me the wrong garage code and all the windows were locked. She was truly a hero, I never got her name but thank you so much. Don’t ever think your true kindness and care for those around you goes unnoticed or unappreciated. Best customer service I could’ve asked for and best yogurt when I’m not locked out :) I would give 5 more stars if I could!!
