Very ghetto atmosphere but overall food is great

This is the fourth time that I have been through the drive-thru after what the door states are there opening hours which is 10:30 a.m., I have pulled to the speaker and ignored drove around the building three times and no one would go to the speaker. I have looked into window every time and you can see people in there working but they do not pay any attention that there is someone at the drive-thru. Not only that I've been there several times and have been told that they don't have certain items that I'm trying to order and this gets frustrating. I have been to multiple Kentucky Fried Chicken locations and this one is the worst by far customer service is very lacking they don't give a damn if they get your order right or not. Not only that you have to pay attention because you will get shorted regularly if you don't check your bags before you leave myself I'm guilty of not checking my bags and have probably lost out on about $25 worth of food. I recommend Popeyes Chicken above this establishment any day at least this location

Quick service,nice and friendly staff with a smile ☺️☺️☺️, great job with the food, just like I like my chicken,finger licking good 👍👍👍.

The food doesn't taste the same as it used to. Every time I ask for KFC sauce, they either put something else or nothing at all. The chicken is smaller.

2 Coke Slaw
And what do I get when I get Home 😡. He gave me 3 Mac & Cheese 😡. Upsetting and Embracing,when people expected there order.
