Mcdonald's Winter Haven

Edit: 12/26/16 Changing the rating of this store as they have improved 100 percent! Service times have gone way up from being tanked, customer service has gotten better as well. The staff they have working now is sooo much friendlier and much more helpful then what it was compared to last year!!! Great job on turning around the store for the better I don't know if it's because they are out of the winter haven city limits and auburndale area they are cheaper in prices for one and that the quality of the food has gotten better. But hey I'm lovin it!!! ______________________________________________________________ October 2015 Sad to say but fair is about all i can give this location(Wait no I can go poor instead for physical rating), Ive reported security issues and gotten ignored about it like I dont know what im talking about.... I do in fact know what Im talking about used to work for McD;s and my brother was a manager threw corp in IL, so yes I know the guidelines.... I even showed pics of the issues in concern, come on when on the post it board that is at the Drive 1 there was a derogatory remark about a female there it was like they took it as a joke wow!!! JOKE is this place and wait times are nasty for drive thru, only one or two employees I had interactions with are actually friendly and can joke about the long wait times others are waaaaaaaay out there to say the best... Does no good to complain as it falls on death ears, wish corp would step in here!! Because its DEATH EARS for the fact it was like they was all dead and DEATH became them cause they couldn't handle someone pointing out the flaws PS if you don't like how I write a review who cares cause I don't...

I’m really not sure how they do it, but this McDonald’s usually tastes rather good. Their burgers are pleasantly flavorful! Better than the quality I’d expect from a fast food joint that reaches this level of capitalistic convenience.
