Stopped by here on a business trip. The outdoor seating was nice with view of marina and traffic backed up on I-95 south. Also had sports on TVs outside. Server was very attentive and drinks and food came out quickly. I had the salmon, rice and broccoli. Nothing to write home about, but was good enough. I would go back if in the area again. Close to historic town, so was nice walking around there afterwards.
Went here Saturday to catch a band and I have to say that I truly, thoroughly enjoyed myself! They have a huge bar, plenty of floor seating/tables, and just an all around great setup! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff were amazing! Great place for a great time!
I had the catfish nuggets and fried brussel sprouts, both items were very good. I also had an old fashion as well as a long island, drinks were a little expensive. Our waitress was awesome, and it was very busy because the Chocolate Factory band was playing.
Chicken tenders and potato skins were fantastic. I usually don’t love merlot but whatever you are serving was really good. Didn’t love my mixed drink but it’s okay. Band was pretty good. Crowd was not really our scene but we had a good time nonetheless.
We were on a long drive back to Richmond and searched for a fun location to stop for lunch in which we found the cubby of paradise. The service was great and friendly, the bar tender was testing out new drinks and brought one over for us to try on the house called: The Extreme. Very relaxing and vibrant atmosphere with guests. They had specials going for Sunday football along with all games on the screens. Look to have live events on Friday and Saturday. Would recommend the cat cake sandwich and fish tacos!
Really good food, Matt who was our waiter was really great. Highly recommend the gator appetizer and the blackened fish tacos were good also. Very nice view.
The food here is pretty solid, we mostly go for appetizers and drinks and to catch a show. Highly recommend seeing a comedy show presented by Dewayne White on Tuesdays. We also love the 80s cover bands that the Palm brings in. Honestly, the servers at this place have consistently impressed me. This place can get super busy and they always seem super chill and don’t seem to miss a beat. If you’ve never been to the Palm and you’re coming through Occoquan getting to the parking lot can seem a little tricky. Just trust your gut and take the detour that leads you back to the Marina and you’ll see it. Depending on how busy it is, you’ll probably be parking next to a boat out back.
This is an excellent restaurant with great river and boat view! They have two floor outdoor seating areas fully roof covered. It was 90 degree sunny day, but it was still comfortable to enjoy the food and cold drinks.
I think it is catering for affluent boat owners, so the customers are in their 50’s and older. No loud rowdy college kids. I love it.
The food and drink are good with fair price. The ambiance makes them taste better.
Was Amazing. I Stopped Off To L7et Traffic On 95s Die Down, So Glad I Did, Got There Before It Was Busy, Its A Big Place Plenty Of Room, & Great River Front Dining View. Service Was Kind Friendly & Very Atentive. I Ordered The Truffle Fries For Appetizer, They Were So Good, & I Was Deciding Between A Fish Plater Or Dirty Chicken, My Waitress Recommended The Dirty Chicken, OMG It Was So Delicious Pasta Mixed With Perfectly cooked Chicken Breast & Spicy Chorizo That Tasted Like It Was Grilled To Perfection, Ad In The Creamy Sauce & Cherry Tomatoes, With A Slice Of Garlic Bread To Finish It Off, Made For The Perfect Meal. I Live In Fredericksburg, So Not Up That Way Often, But If You Are Then I Recommend Stopping By For An Amazing Meal, Ill Defiantly Be Back.
This was my first time at The Electric Palm in Woodbridge. There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant by the boats. I went there to watch Open Mic on a Tuesday night and Dwayne White puts on a good show with all of his local comedians.
The loaded nacho were delicious. I definitely want to try the potato skins. Service was great. It’s definitely a hidden gem in Woodbridge.
