The service was good and the food was good. The wrap had good flavor but I wish it had more sauce on the inside or on the side, it was lacking on that part. The garlic parmesan fries were good and had enough to actually taste the garlic and Parmesan.
"American cheese" should never be in the same sentence "fondue". It's was like a thinned out melted American cheese. Try at your own risk.
Overall not terrible, but nothing to rave about, just another greasy American burger franchise.

The atmosphere is welcome and festive. There's a wide selection of appetizers and entrees to choose from, and they add new items almost every season. The food is always fresh, cooked as ordered and great-tasting. I recommend going to this location if you're doing some mall shopping.
The staff was friendly, but my server took a long time check on my table. I could see him chatting in the back with other employees. I got a classic impossible burger. It would be nice if there were vegan cheese options, since it is a plant based burger. My mom got fish and fries. The fish was cooked very well. All burgers are about $15 each. Fries are unlimited.
The atmosphere is family friendly. Lots of room and seating. The bathroom was clean.
We visited this location for the first time today. They were extremely understaffed on waiters and waitresses as our waiter was sure to tell us when we arrived. That didn't stop him from going above and beyond in taking our order and making sure that we kept a full glass. Once we got our food, it was cooked to perfection and was deliciously tasty.
Full disclosure, the only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because we had to wait around 25 minutes to get our desert.
Ever since the new management took over this place has been fantastic. Prior, my wife and I would go there for dinner and be turned away because they didn't have enough staff even though it wasn't busy. Now, we are seated without issue and always treated so great by everyone and it's thanks to the new Manager JB. They got new chairs, booths and cleaned the place up in general. If you've been here before and had a bad experience I'd say give it another chance.
We went in today for dinner. We had Manny as our server hands-down he is one of the best servers this place has. We have been here multiple times, and we haven't had such a great server like today. Great customer service, always checked on us, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and always had a smile.

It took a while to get out did but when we got it it was great! The servers were really nice and the atmosphere was great.
Food was good, staff was friendly. They added some new menu items but still have a lot of old favorites.
