First time here and here is what we’ve experienced. The staff is super friendly. Kayla, our host was kind and helpful, she was patient and she answered all our questions. The food came out at a reasonable time. We got the house-made guacamole and house-made tortillas chips. They were impressively delicious. Then we had wings and the southern chicken sandwich. I am usually picky with chicken but I decided to take the risk, am so glad I did! That sandwich was soooo good!
Mind you I started writing this review before the bill came and here’s what happened. One thing to be mindful is to verify thoroughly the check. They charge for sauce and ranch and bleu cheese. That was bizarre. I asked our host and she also thought that was bizarre. She took them off the bill. They charged a dollar for wedges instead of fries, whatever.
We will definitely be back!
Definitely above the beyond service by Joana. She is the best server I have ever come across. The food could have been better because the sauces of our wings were not evenly distributed. The drinks were delicious. The person who makes the registration could use some training to deal with customers and communication. Overall great place to get some wings at late night. Watch out for the under cover cops waiting outside of the place in the parking lot.
As always love the wings in BWW .. we went for a team get together and it was awesome . Food was awesome as always .. loved the potato wedges , nachos, wings , 🍺 .. fried cauliflower wings for the first time and it was sooooo good . Bean burgers were ok . Not too good but ok for a sports restaurant..
few of us didn’t get our orders . I ordered wings but didn’t receive it . We had to cancel those orders .. I hope the waiter/waitress can deliver all orders placed . If not for a few missed orders , it was a good place to eat . Lots of parking outside . Overall liked it .. 👍👍👍
The consistency is good with BWW. I love the variety of wing sauces and the simplicity of things. Got 20 wings with Wedges and a kids meal and it was all good.
Everything was good. Just surprised me a guy with long beard and doesn't use someting to cover and he attending to the customers serving the dishes I'm afraid some hair from his beard falling on the plate.
The food is always a hit at Buffalo Wild Wings. However, it took a while for our server to initially come to our table. She continued to be slow circling back around for the duration of our meal. The restaurant was pretty empty, so I am unsure what the issue was. I felt maybe she was having an off day, and I tipped her as if she did an amazing job.
Servers are very nice + you don't even have to order with a person, you can scan the QR code and get prompt service. You can also pay your own bill there. I love it.
We came here with a very large party for a big family get together. Our waitress was amazing and very patient with us at all times. I was quite amazed that all of our orders came out correct and the food was hot upon arrival to our table. We will be repeat customers of this location. If you are in need of a place to have a larger function, I strongly recommend you come here!
Watched a conversation between employees for 10 minutes while waiting to be seated with less than 20 people in the restaurant. Waited another 20 minutes for a drink refill. Poorest customer service i have seen in a long time
Overall great food! service sometimes are hit or miss though. They got great deal going on right now buy a burger and get 6 wings for $1!
