I've only been to this location once before and it was fine, but I just went in today and the lady working was SO INCREDIBLY NICE AND FRIENDLY! I was already having a decent day, but she was like a ray of sunshine to make it even better-- not something I anticipated when entering the store. Someone give her a raise, she was an absolute delight!

Soup was hot but it tasted a bit old, and it's weird that it doesn't come as a side with a meal, causing it to come as an upcharge when having it instead of chips. Also saw several sandwiches left unattended by both employees for a whole minute which was also weird. Sandwiches were good, for what it's worth.
