Food is always delicious, fresh, and accurate. No complaints. Been in Woodbridge 7 years and this is the only place where I can order delivery and it meets and exceeds expectations. My go to now!! I ate a few slices before I took the pic 😬😬 oops.
Clean, fresh, and decent specials. We got 2 New York XL pizzas for pickup $12 each. No wait for pickup. Greeted when walking in and serviced quickly.
So I guess Papa Johns must've been paying attention to their reviews. My pizza delivery tonight was hot, tasty, fresh and spot on. The delivery driver was even on point and called me on arrival like I requested. Well so far so good, and hopefully Papa Johns will continue to delivery this level of great customer service.
Delivery person was on point , super kind and friendly really polite loved the service he gave me didn’t get his name but was a Hispanic young men curly head with glasses , he made sure the pizza was HOT and yummy definitely will order again soon thank you !!
My experience with this Papa John’s was GREAT! My order arrived quickly and was very fresh. The order ended up arriving earlier than quoted. Then driver was both very friendly and professional. The order was perfect and hit the spot. I will definitely order again very soon..especially with how east the app made it to order.
Love this place! Only got my order wrong one time and they realized it before I even walked in the door. Manager told me they would give me the wrong pizza and the corrected pizza was in the oven. Really appreciated the extra effort and one of the reasons we switched from dominos to begin with!

Ok, I like this Papa Johns. Nice people and pizza ia consistently good.
BUT - they don't get CONTACTLESS" delivery! This is the 2nd time we've ordered delivery. Each time the driver comes to building.....we've pre-paid just like the website says. I even POINT to the driver, with arm gestures I tell him to just set it down at the door step. HE SEES ME! BUT HE just waits there....like a puppy....and finally we have to open the door so he has to come inside. JUST LEAVE IT AT DOORSTEP to make it contact less especially when I'm right there, telling you to just leave it there. Please! Thank you for being open, I'm trying to make this a very fair review. You advertise "contact less" - FOLLOW YOUR OWN PROCEDURES PLEASE.
I have ordered from this Papa Johns on at least 20 occasions; both take out and delivery. I have always had exceptional service and great pizza. This can not be said for SEVERAL of the other name brand pizza places in the area. Go Papa Johns!
Though some of order was missing, the food was good and the service from the MOD was excellent! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!
Their pizza is great and the 50% off military/veteran discount is one of the best discounts around. Granted the discount is for pick up only which is understandable. It's nice to know Papa John's supports its military!
