Took me almost an hour to order online due to their app being so slow, then put in my order for a free pizza via my hut rewards and the app never took it. I complained to the general mgr who said the hut rewards are a different entity than the restaurant, that I would have to call the 1-844 number,
The food was very good and the staff was very kind
The pizza's were cooked to profession. The mini Cinnamon buns did not have icing on all of them and the break sticks were okay. I would order again. We had the holiday box.

The melts could use a little more meat, I got more cheese onions and peppers than steak not hardly any on there. Other than that it taste pretty flavorful

This place was amazing. Went there last night and was told they couldn't find our order because the call center never put it through. So they quickly made our order with what they had even though they were out of some things. They were very short staffed and their cook left in the middle of his shif
As part of your rival competition (pizza ranch), I really appreciate you going above and beyond. After having to wait 20 minutes for my order, the 2 litter and the brownie were so awesome. That's what makes a good store fixing even a small mistake and making us feel valued! Great job!!!
Pizza Hut is that the same for years so if you love it you'll love it. During this time of the pandemic it is really hard to criticize any service.
