Reviews of Arby's

Today I came in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes to order which was no problem. I spent 30.17 on my family's dinner. Was told as soon as I went to order that the shake machine was down for the night . Once again no problem. I ordered for my family waited another 6 or 7 minutes for my food. Got home and realized they didn't give me my sauce for the French dip. I tried calling the store no answer. Drove all the way back to the store waited another 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Told the order taker what happened. She proceeded to tell me oh we don't have the sauce for the French dip. I said we'll why didn't you tell me that when I ordered. I asked for a refund and she told me they could replace the food at a later date. I told her no I want my money back I didn't get what I paid for. She asked me do I have my receipt I told her yes. I pulled around and she told me she couldn't take the food back. Give me 7 dollars and some change. I got out my car and went to the window. She told me her big boss told her not to fully refund me. I have to come back tomorrow. She also complained that her and her crew had worked the last 5 or 6 day's doing double shifts. All of this whith my child present. I'm waiting for the police now. If I did that to them they would have me arrested. I'll never buy food from any Arby's again.

White female with tattoos took my order from the drive through was incredibly rude from the start then messed up my order she was cursing at the customer behind me and complaining at the top of her lungs how she hates taking orders and how they need to not be rushed. It’s fast food. And there was literally two ppl there. Also they were touching food with bare hands and then everything else and then the food again. Health hazard for sure never going back there again

I ordered a market fresh turkey and Swiss sandwich. The bread was different than usual and was toasted. It appeared to be regular sandwich bread. Normally my daughter and I will share this sandwich because it usually is to large for myself. Must say it was the smallest and worst sandwich I ever ordered from there.

The food was great. Excellent fish sandwich. The beef and cheddar sandwich is also a good choice. My only "complaint" for my visit today would be the associate behind the counter who rung us up. I don't know if she was having a bad day, which happens to all of us, or what, but she got a little snippy with us while we were placing our order. I'm not upset at her in any way. My one suggestion is that the location we visited, the loucks road York Pa location, would mop the dining room floor because it was sticky when we were there.

They give excellent customer service and keeps the line moving. There were 5 cars in front of me and I was still at the window getting my order in 6-7 minutes. That's good service if you ask me. They always make a point to ask you about sauces (something others don't do anymore....Mickey's). I like this particular Arby's.

Store is out of pretty much everything, including beef and cheddar sandwiches which are on their special menu. Rating above does not reflect that they are out of products because that is a situation created by our wonderful President. Rating above is reflective of the fact that I couldn't get 2 for $6 cheddar beef sandwiches without cheddar since they were out of cheddar sauce. If you're out of that much product, you should be able to still get the sandwiches minus the product topping you're out of. "Come on man", roll with the flow.
