I can never find genuinely hot wings that make me sweat, a little. And some places have a ridiculously hot sauce with no flavor. Lemme' tell ya' about Anchor Bar's Suicide Wings: Just hot enough to make me notice, very tasty with fruity and garlic flavors, saucy enough to be messily awesome and the perfect mix of crisp and meaty. In two wirds: Best Ever! Add on great service, an awesome bar and a fantastic Friday night Karaoke that suits everyone from families to party animals and I'm hard pressed to find a better Friday night out.

After hearing your radio ad many many times, my wife decided she wanted to try the Anchor Bar for her birthday lunch. Our server Deborah was wonderful and our meals were delicious. Everything from the Italian wedding soup and chicken Caesar wrap, to the turkey club and fries with gravy was excellent. Deborah even brought out a piece of peanut butter pie as a Happy Birthday dessert. It was our first visit to the Amherst location and it could not have been better. Food and staff are great!

Wings with the beef on wreck was excellent. Reasonable drink prices and variety. Live jazz on Tuesdays was top notch. Recommend going there and checking out the jazz on Tuesdays.
