Reviews of Zaxby's

First off, the food here has always been great! Today the service was the worst I've ever been treated anywhere. Ordered three meals in the DT. The you lady repeated it. As we pulled up ,I only received 1 of my drinks. My daughter then asked the young man to repeat the order back. They left off a meal. No big deal. So while I'm the middle of telling the young man what was missing on the order he decided to shut the DT window in my face. I did not say a word, paid my bill, took my food and left. I will be visiting this location one more time to speak to the manager about the incident. I think as adults we deserve a Little more respect than what I got.

I'm new to Georgia so its my first time here...and I'm not impressed, I'm disappointed. There's always a line at Zaxby's so, it has to be good, right? $60 later, I'm wishing I had gone to Popeyes or Chik fil a. My "sliders" are a huge bun with a slender chicken finger and Zax sauce. That's it. The bread is dry, the bun is too big or the chicken is too small. The spicy mushrooms and spicy chicken sandwich aren't spicy at all, the fries for all 5 meals I ordered are dry and slightly burned. The best thing? The cheddar bites, fried pickles and cookies. That's literally all I ate. Im so disappointed at this point I'm not willing to try a different location to see if its better.

It was a little confusing to know how to pick up my food because there was some construction going on at the drive-thru. There were also some pick up parking spots but it only mentioned pick up for orders but not by the app. However, there was a Zaxby's employee there. I asked him do I pick up there and he clearly agreed. Other than that, the food came out in good time and the food was good.
