If there’s a 6-star, I will give it to them. Their pastrami with extra meat and fresh jalapeños is the best in town. Friendly staff, excellent service and very neat and clean preparation. What you order is always exact and correct. Been going there for more than 10 years now and more to come.

This is a local experience. Check the hours, get there early and expect a wait for your sandwich. They sell out almost daily for a reason, did I mention that this is an experience? Turkey club and the turkey and cranberry are both fantastic and they have the best Dutch crunch bread. Enjoy.
Best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. #1 in the Bay Area hands down. Family owned and operated, very friendly staff. A lot of choices. Garlic sauce is to die for 😍.
Growing up in the 80s as a teen in the neighborhood, this was the best sandwich shop ever. Loved the bread, meat and especially the sauce. Today in 2020s, it's been hard for me to catch this place open. The shop seems to have a short schedule but I'm still not giving up and will keep trying.
Love this little sandwich shop! Been coming here since 1980s. Their secret garlic sauce is well worth on any sandwich you order! Our favorites are their hot pastrami and their Big Combo on Dutch crutch!

However, Just kinda odd with how they take their orders via phone. Plus seems that they dont have call waiting function that you have to keep dialing until your call gets through due to busy tone during peak times. Didn't really u understand how we were told to to come in an hour to pick up our order, so our toasted sandwiches were already soggy.
But the kids still approved and said "It was good and I would recommend the turkey bacon cheese on soft bread."
Will try again in the future with friends who might know some type of special local trick...we'll see
I've eaten Hot Pastrami sandwiches from San Francisco to Seattle to New York. Taking NY out of the equation Lorenzo's is by far the best! Be sure to bring your bib with you too. I highly recommend Lorenzo for any of your sandwich favorites.

This little sandwich shop is truly great, authentic old school style. All orders to go and food is amazing. They've been a local fixture for a long time , quality and freshness are good. Service and staff phenomenal. Must try if in the area, worth the trip if passing thru Belmont. Pastrami is awesome and other sandwiches are the bomb.
