Edit since they switched management the drive thru time has seriously been cut. I love the sourdough breakfast sandwich. When they first told me to pull to the front of the store I was like this is going to take a while but in reality they brought my food out very quickly.

Give this location another chance, they’re under new management and the service is 1000% improved. Workers are quick and attentive. The past couple years it was a ridiculous wait of 20+ mins for a simple drink (and they usually messed up). You could see the laziness and disorganization. The new manager has a new staff in there and it shows! Good job and thank goodness!

I have never witnessed a retail location have more issues than this one. With old management you could place an online order and you never knew if it would be ready in 5 or 20 minutes. The drive thru line took forever. Get under new management and does better and I even compliment them that they’ve really stepped up only to have their ordering system down and force you to use the app (which Dunkin’s app is not the most reliable in my opinion).

Went inside on my way to work, 4 cars in drive thru and no one inside. Literally 3 people looked right at me didn’t acknowledge me or offer to take my order, all I wanted was an iced coffee. I work in fast food and I find this a bit rude. The manager was complaining about needing ice and other things instead of assisting customers.

it's always a gamble if you'll get your drink made right or not. there seems to be no consistency on how drinks are made and clearly minimal training and oversight to ensure it's done correctly. the manager, Jeremy I believe, is rude and unprofessional. he is very short with customers when he works the drive-thru and don't even think about addressing an issue with him because he could care less and will make it known through his behavior during your exchange. if it wasn't so close to work and convenient with the drive-thru I would've stopped coming ages ago....maybe it's time to start brewing at home 🤔

Jeremy is my favorite Dunkin worker. Even as a customer I can tell he works long hours, he is always there and picks up slack and does the morning rushes all by himself and remains friendly the whole time. I've been going to Dunkin for a while now and I always hope he makes me drink.😁🎉 I met Dale today, he made my drink and it was good! Thanks guys! - Your Friendly FBI Agent

Downgraded from 5 stars to 1. Manager told line of people waiting in store that door dash orders were priority. 15 minutes later, a woman behind me (I was first in line the entire time) asked for just an iced coffee. The "Espresso Captain" yelled at her and repeated that in-store customers are not prioritized above door dash and app patrons. I turned around and left. The entire line of over 10-12 people left at the same time. The worst part is that there were 3 door dash drivers waiting there too for their orders and at least 5 people working. Doesn't add up. I understand being busy. I even waited patiently the entire time. But the manager's behavior toward the kind woman behind me was just plain unprofessional, whiny, and ended my patronage of this store.

The last three visits to this Dunkin Location have been lacking. Besides the very blunt, rushed, and simply bad and rude service. You will not get a smile or friendly professional service going to this location. If you want your order basically shoved in your face this is the place for you. In no way is there an urgency to get your order to you in a timely manner. Drinks are made with the least amount of effort. Basically from the time you order expect terrible customer service. The need for new and more professional staff is clear. Used to be my favorite place to stop to get my coffee and now It's a place I avoid.
