This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Sonic and probably the last we visit. They got our order wrong and as we walked up to the window to have it corrected we were told we had to go back through the drive-thru. They are severely understaffed and simply have no clue what they're doing.

We just ordered from this place. We ordered mozzarella sticks (6pc) didn't receive it and the staff acted like they did not have a brain between their eyes when they said they couldn't break our 50 dollar bill on a 32.60 order. Upon consuming our food it was mushy and cold, the pickle fries were mushy and had very little crisp to them and the pickle burger is just a burger with extra big pickles don't waste your money at this place the service is awful and the staff are idiots, will not be returning. They ended up breaking the bill after stating our bill was over half of the bill.

“Chicken sandwich” looks disgusting I didnt even eat it. I have been so disappointed at this sonic. It is by far the worst. This chicken looks like a beef patty. I would go back for a refund however I don't want to waste anymore of my time. Oh and this sandwich was almost $4.00..

This was my first trip to Sonic and it wasn't bad. I guess they are short on staff because only the Drive thru was open. The bacon double meal with tots. The tots were super crispy and awesome. Got a foot long dog with chili and cheese, not bad. I think I would prefer the New York style instead.

I usually am a very generous critic of all businesses and their services, I love sonic, always have and will. But this location never seems to get my simple (plain cheeseburger or a chocolate shake without whipped cream/cherry) right, it is really frustrating, but mistakes can happen, sometimes the drive in booths are closed as well.

We spent $70 to order 6 dinners. No desserts or upsizes. The steak n cheese sandwiches were served on a hot dog roll and had about 12 shavings of cheese total. Very very little meat or cheese. And very dry. The fries were cold for all 6 meals. The drinks were smaller than expected and full of ice. We had about 4 swallows. The teens did not complain about their burgers but everything else was awful. Not worth $70! We will not go back here. Much better options for that kind of money.

Hotdog was not hot, seemed under cooked/heated. My drink came with a paper straw, which quickly went limp and became useless. Service was prompt and kind. Hotdog and drink tasted ok. The chili cheese nacho wrap was delicious!
