They have amazing Authentic Vietmanese foods that consist of fantastic flavored filet migon and other tasty meats as well as chicken and pork. They also have the best pho soups that have those meats in them also. They have an awesome Vietnamese coffee that will definitely get you going in the mornings too. Along with the attentive and friendly service, the soothing music and setting of the peaceful area also gives it a calming atmosphere. All in all it is a wonderful place to dine in or carry out.

There's a reason why The Roots has almost all five stars, and nothing lower then a four star. I'm mad I didn't try this place before now. The Pho is super delicious and has so many different flavors mixed within. I've tried different places around here and The Roots has won my vote for Pho in the Johnson City area. The staff is always very pleasant when I go in and they help me with whatever I need. I couldn't ask for a better price when it comes to portioning and quality! The Roots is my new hole in the wall recommendation!
