We stop in here about once a month… as it’s a good bit out of our way. Everything has always been great. The pretzels are delicious & the owners are extremely friendly (even when crazy busy). I don’t have a single complaint and suggest the Dutch almond pretzels bites.

Met the Franchise owner Melissa who tried to teach me to make a pretzel. Also she was very kind and took time to answer all my Prerzel questions. Not to mention the pretzels are to die for here. I went to this place JUST to buy pretzels. Didn't do any shopping. We need more Ben's Pretzel locations, especially in the Lansing area. Thanks again Melissa.

The pretzel was good, the staff was nice even on a holiday. But, could this company come up with a more stupid phrase than "have a pretzel day?" Forgetting the customer a moment, how embarrassing is it for the clerk to say? It must have been a very unimaginative marketing executive to make the decision to use that wording. They should be fired just for this one thing. To all the Ben's workers, I am sorry.
