Open really early and the staff is happy to serve. I had a garlic bagel with 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms and Swiss cheese- delicious! Coffee is also so good! Nice layout. I really liked going there!
Had the Nova Lox. The bagel was toasted perfectly, with ample amounts of tomato, cream cheese, and salmon. The capers and onion were just right, not too much to over power the meal. Coffe, as usual, fresh, HOT, and flavorful.

Update 11/13 - Einstein Bros customer service came through with a full refund and a complimentary breakfast sandwich to make-up for their app error. Much appreciated. And my husband and I decided to enjoy breakfast inside this morning. Hot, fresh, and delicious! Definitely our go-to 'fast food' breakfast place!
First, the food is always delicious so no complaints there. The issues I have had are with the app and drvie-thru. The app charged my account 3 times before processing and I am still waiting for a response from Einstein regarding a refund. You can only send an email as they do not provide a contact phone number for customer service. I tried my app again a couple weeks later and same issue. I was told by the drive-thru that I had to come inside to prove the app charged my phone and the manager seemed bothered by my technical issue, with their app. They reluctantly made my order. Needless to say, I will not be using the app again which will likely decrease my interest in going from a convenience factor.

Regarding coffee, we were a bit disappointed. It is, first of all, a bagel place. The bagels are great. Go there for yummy bagels. But, if you're looking for a hot, self serve cup of coffee, they keep it in those big, self serve thermoses🙄😏 It's not always hot. Also, no honey or the tan, natural sugar packets.
I am told by my family, "Give them a break! It's not a coffee place." Okay. But Cumberland Farms is not a "coffee place," and they have hot coffee.
Went here after church. It was not busy so we took our time choosing what to order since it's our first time visit. The staff was helpful and suggested us their best seller. I love my salmon salad with potato roll and the bacon, avocado salad with potato roll. My husband ordered turkey. He likes it but not the bagel. The place is nice, cozy and clean.
No matter what time I go in here I get amazing service! I love my bagels and coffee every time! The breakfast and lunch bagels are the best around. Everyone treats you like you’re their best customer and with such positivity! I love it here!!! I finally downloaded the app…. Yes!!!
They make the best nova lox bagel sandwich I ever had anywhere in the world. Their bagels take me back to my childhood when I grew up in New York City, where I was born and raised.

I have an epicurean religious experience every time I eat one of their toasted Bagels with delicious cream cheese and paper-thin Nova LOX salmon. Wow. What an incredible way to perk up the day with such delish eats.
This is hands down my new favorite place to get bagels. Einstein bros is even better than Dunkin Donuts me thinks.
They offer an amazing deal on Mondays, where you can buy a baker's dozen bagels for about $7, what a Darn good deal. I love the smorgasbord of self serve drinks they offer too. I simply just love this place, and I thank the cosmos that it exists.

I stopped in after a doctor's appointment to have some breakfast. Sausage, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel. You can get them thin now which I liked a lot. It was OK, would have been better toasted and the coffee was not hot.
Very wide selection, and great layout/decoration/ atmosphere. Everything was neat and clean. It's about $6-8 for a good bagel sandwich. When I went at 1pm it was dead, and the 4 employees seemed a little more interested in their conversation than me. Still, the service was fast and polite, so I wasn't too bothered. It wouldn't hurt to smile though.
