Very nice selection of dishes to satisfy your palette. Service was rough at first. Needed to break the ice to start a conversation. The Bouchee Cob Salad selected was as yummy as it looked. A little less dressing would have made it perfect. Regardless, the combination of ingredients made it great. Will come back.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience here on Superbowl Sunday noon.
We were looking for a breakfast place in Rancho Mirage and initially went to the French Rotisserie Cafe but they were closed.
I had the Bouchee special salad (romaine, pepperdew peppers, goat cheese, and grilled chicken) and my husband had the Brenna breakfast sandwich with a fried egg, avocado and bacon, which came with a side of potatoes.
They have a lot of different sandwiches and salads to choose from.
The decor and atmosphere is sparse, with a giant portrait of a monk/friar. The service was fine. Our waiter wasn't smiley or very friendly, but did warm up towards the end and said it was slower due to the superbowl.
Would definitely recommend this place and would come back again!!
First time here today, was very skeptical because the place is very hidden doesn’t seem busy. BUT! Wait until the food comes out. Everything we order was delicious and the service was very sweet! Pictured: Mediterranean scramble (highly recommend)
My favorite place to go eat! Highly recommend. Love this place always take my visiting guests there, it's a big hit. First place they want to go when they come back to visit. I recommend everything on menu! But go with plenty of time service is laid back.
