A quiet ristorante to eat at in the heart of the Tenderloin! I enjoyed the serene atmosphere and had fun chatting with my family as we waited for our meals. Other reviewers are correct though - you will most likely need an appetizer to satisfy you, as the portion sizes for their dinner options range from small to medium. My canneloni was perfectly portioned for myself, but for a taller/bigger person, they might feel a little let down. Their dessert options were great, and my niece and I devoured the brownie! The kids menu wasn't really anything to write home about though and it's definitely on the pricier side, even for San Franciscan options. If you're traveling with kids, keep that in mind.
Food is tasty, but the portion is small, so I recommend to add an entrance to your plate. Really nice place. We ordered Pappardelle and Canneloni and a salad that started with ice something (we no longer have the menu with us, sorry) and latte
The Restaurant Tratto was our target, but first I had to drop of one of my Eddington's Edgegrafters to Horton Hearsawho at his shop, the Top Cat, then on to Sloat Blvd. to pick up Slippery Stu the baker at his place down by the sand dunes. The Uber driver was making his money tonight that's for sure. Then it's off to perhaps the most underrated Italian restaurant in the city! Tratto ~ always a wonderful experience, the food is simply amazing. ☆☆☆☆☆
