It's just a sandwich shop. It was convenient. There seemed to be only one employee working, which made things go a little slow. It had been a long time since I ate at a Subway, and I wish they'd bring back the $5 foot-long. I didn't get the impression that the meats were freshly sliced, either.
12/2023 - Still only one employee working. Not a big deal because it wasn't busy, but just saying. Soft drink fountain was out of order. It's off-season, so issues aren't critical, but it all needs to be fixed.
This was a standard Subway except for one thing- the customer service here was the best we've ever experienced from this chain. There was only one employee on duty, Louis, and he handled the dinner crowd with grace and kindness. Not only was he working his way through the line effectively, but he also had great standards of cleanliness (washing hands and changing gloves between sandwiches/customers), which we greatly appreciated. He deserves a raise! Thanks so much, Louis!!
Went to this Subway Sunday, July 9th around 7pm. The employee was the only one working. There was a fairly long line and he was also filling online orders. He worked quickly, and washed his hands between each order. He was outstanding and friendly despite being clearly overworked. I gave it a ‘1’ for atmosphere because he was literally the only one working, so this reflects more on management than him. He definitely deserves a raise!
The service and food were very good! The wait was 25 minutes! Way too long because the servers had to fill online orders while the customer line grew to 8 people deep and counting. That made the atmosphere taxing. There must be a more efficient way to handle online orders with the in store customers.
The young man working all by himself tonight (July 9) needs to be commended for his hard work and positive attitude. There was a line out the door and this poor kid had online orders coming in too, but somehow he still gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! He made the sandwiches perfectly and efficiently, even going the extra mile to pick out the best tomatoes and lay the cold cuts perfectly, all while cracking jokes.
To the management of this subway: it seems that understaffing is a chronic issue at this location… even though this kid killed it, it doesn’t mean you should be putting him in this position. If I were you I’d be treating him like a king so he doesn’t quit on you!! I swear, this is some of the best customer service I have ever received, I’m going to be thinking about it for weeks!
This woman on the picture is amazing worker! Every time we visit Oregon we stopped for lunch here. every business should have workers like her to go 👆up! I I'm serious 😉. Hard working lady, always sweet, positive and professional with every customer(it's was big line today 6 ppl) 👩 Sep. 28.20 around 7pm. Good job guys. Always wanted to write and tell thank you for great service. The young men was great too. 💪
Sandwich maker was attentive, efficient and accommodating while also working on 2 other sandwiches. The wait was short and the cashier was friendly and genuinely sincere in wishing me a happy and safe day
Always decent food. But did upset the guts this time. Gentlemen working didnt seem to want be. Resting B-face with sass.
I have to say it appears as though this subway is always understaffed. However, both management and staff work extra hard to make sure to get the orders right and take care of their customers. These guys work there butts off and deserve nothing but praise.
Met our expectations of a nice, clean Subway.
The workers were upbeat and food tasted fresh.
The bathroom experience however is a bit scary having to walk down 2 barely lit hallways that felt like a horror movie. Please, work on the lighting.
