Was it worth the wait? Yes! Pasta was delicious. Fresh, perfectly cooked. Sauce was the perfect combination of savory, sweet and a bit of spice. Only disappointment was the Focaccia. If the bread was as good as the pasta, it would have been 5 stars. Get in line early for the shortest wait.
The line up is long but I felt the pasta was worth the wait! We had the clam special and the classic bolognese. The pastas were great. We also tried the pickles and the kale salad. The cheese on the salad was super yummy. There was a cool lemon coconut drink I'd like try next time I'm there! When you order the servers will find you a seat so dojt worry about getting a table, the only thing is getting to the front of the line! I'm looking forward to trying the sister restaurant for dinner!
Food was good. Line was long but they are good at making sure you order before you grab a table. They asked us when we were several people back in line how many people were in our groupso the 5 of us were able to sit together. The wait to order took much longer than waiting to get our food or eating. We arrived at about 11:40 am on a Monday (that was not raining but cold outside) and left by 12:45 pm. So the total experience, line, ordering and eating was about an hour. They have 3 options daily for pasta, bread, salad, and a few other side options. Sodas in the fridge to the left of the cashier and house red and house white wine.
Side note: Be prepared to be waiting outside in whatever the weather is for some of the line.
