Ordered from Panera tonight. Half sandwich, cup soup and mac n cheese side. The sandwich had rotten, slimy lettuce, green tomatoes and a bonus of the avocado stem. The soup was too sugary. The mac and cheese bland. Pretty disappointing. Definitely not worth the hefty price.
Food quality was not great new spicy chicken sandwich was less than I expected it had no real spice over priced and no sauce. Lady taking order had a definite additude. And menu is so far away from drive through its hard to read
The only reason I go here is because it is the only one in the area. Ever since I've moved here, this place has never been fully stocked: items are constantly running out. Best advice: stick to three items or less. For some reason if you order more than 3 items the order will always be given to you
Super long wait times in the lobby. Not a very good system going on since there are multiple ways to order. If you order inside on the tablet, where are you supposed to stand? Near the garbage ? Fountain drink area? So confusing. I love Panera but there’s gotta be a better system.
I’m giving one star due to the fact that I’ve eaten here 5 times and they’ve only gotten my order right once. Still great food though! Just annoying having to go back in and get the stuff you actually asked for.

I received it at 1130am, the soup was hot, the br w ad qS fresh, salad crisp and fresh and my favorite tuna sandwich was delicious!

Food is normally good. I have been there about 5 times and the staff is incredibly rude. Did the online order once, waited over 20 minutes in the lobby, it was apparently made, but someone stole it. After waiting at the counter, ordering again, and getting my food, it was nearly 45 minutes.
