This has to be one of my favorite places after a nice workout. They do an incredible job with their rice bowls and salads. I tried one of their smoothies and the gals behind the counter had some incredible recommendations. If you are in Spokane and love some fresh foods this is the place to visit!

Great healthier options. I ordered the Dragon acai bowl and also a build your own cleanse kit. I'm excited to come back and try other items to eat!

Always love method!! I also got the massaged Kale salad which was great for after my hot yoga session.

My favorite smoothie in Spakane and my wife loves the acai bowls. All the ingredients are actual fruit and veggies and everything is made to order right in front of you. The price is a little higher than what you may expect, but I'd rather pay a premium for a premium product.

A very pleasant experience. The staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgable. In an ease to find and convenient location; the facility itself was clean, spacious, and esthetically pleasing. The smoothies were appropriately priced, quickly made, tasted great, and very healthy. The bulletproof coffee was good, but heavy... maybe too heavy for me. Granted, I wasn't sure what to expect. All in all, well worth making this a regular stop. + Free Wifi + Student Discount with ID
